I was lucky enough to be a guest at an event catered by Heirloom, and I was so impressed I decided I had to write a review. The service was extremely professional, they clearly have experienced staff who were able to be helpful and responsive even as the event was going on around them. The food was made to a very high standard and with much more creativity than I'm used to from a catering menu. The strawberry salad was delicious, they cooked the steak perfectly, and the final tart would have impressed even Paul Hollywood. If you need catering that raises the bar for quality, I'd definitely get in touch with Heirloom

Ana and the Heirloom catering team was a joy to work with from start to finish! We hosted a 250 + ppl corporate dinner party at the Hiller aviation museum and the team helped our vision come to life. Ana was super responsive, professional and willing to pivot with changes. I really appreciated the open communication and proactive follow ups. The menu tasting prior to the event was fantastic and the chef did an amazing job accommodating our attendees dietary restrictions! They helped us customize the menu and the signature drinks! Ana also meticulously helped us with venue rentals and gave great recommendations. She made sure to do a walk through of the venue and we covered all the little details for a wholistic experience for the attendees. Heirloom catered my office holiday party on just a couple of weeks' notice, and with a couple unusual requirements. My expectations were exceeded in every respect, such as the real garland centerpiece that they put on the boardroom table, the linens, glassware, and silverware, and especially the service. The staff were literally standing in the room making sure that we were all completely satisfied. The setup integrated nicely with our karaoke rental, which was itself a big hit. I loved how the liquor and beverages that I provided were presented to guests-- it added so much to the event that would not be the case with a self-service bar. Ana had visited the site the week before the event and was taking notes of all the features in the space, as well as the requirements. We had a couple of vegetarians, so it was helpful getting a separate vegetarian dish and vegetarian appetizers for them as well. The prices were completely fair and I have zero complaints-- was a great value overall. Everyone had a great time, and Ana even followed up with me the next day to make sure my expectations were met. Can't wait for next year!

Heirloom just catered our daughter's wedding in Portola Valley at the backyard of our friends home. They did a fantastic job- the food was excellent and more importantly, their service and attention to detail was terrific. All our guests marveled at the delicious food. The staff was very friendly and professional. I can't rate them highly enough.

Lindsay and her team provided excellent food and service- for our wedding. We added a little Texas into our California wedding with Texas brisket that got rave reviews from my Texas family! That says a lot! Their attention to detail, service, and just making things run smoothly was outstanding! Lindsay even made sure that Scott and I sat down and ate as the bride and groom! Heirloom catering helped me throw a small socially distanced outdoor soiree for my husband's 50th. This was before any restrictions were increased. Everything done per CDC recommendations and requirements. Heirloom helped me pull together an amazing, delicious, creative, and safe socially distanced event. The food was savory and inspiring. In addition to the food and drink, they guided furniture placement and decor to create a socially distanced yet inviting and comfortable environment. The proprietor is thorough and detailed oriented, which results in a wonderful event. Thanks to her and her team, I was able to enjoy the evening and not feel flustered being the hostess. They really took care of it all. I highly recommend Heirloom, ranging from family meal kits and holiday meals, to small socially distanced events, and then onto the larger ones we all hope to have once we beat this pandemic!

We hired Heirloom Catering to cater our dinner at home for 10 for the evening of our wedding. It was delicious and very well done! Jayne was a phenomenal partner leading up to the event to help us craft the perfect menu and set up the right logistics. She was responsive to our budgetary constraints as well as our dreams about the evening. The food was delicious. In particular, we loved the peach and burrata salad and pesto grilled shrimp. There was plenty of food and the leftovers have been delicious as well in the days after. We also hired Megan to help us set everything up, serve, and clean up. She was incredible! She was very flexible, adjusting in real time to our schedule and helping us pour the champagne on our live Zoom toast. She also managed the delicate wedding cakes like a pro. She also wore a mask and gloves the entire time to make sure we all felt comfortable with health and safety. After dinner, she hand-washed all of the glasses, loaded the dishwasher in the most organized way we have EVER seen it, and packed up all of the leftovers.

I just ordered our easter dinner from Heirloom Catering Co -- it arrived on time and the food was absolutely amazing (salmon, lamb chops, risotto, asparagus, beautiful cream puffs). Something I really liked was that the food came in foil tins with specific reheating instructions. All I had to do was stick it in the oven for approx 30 minutes in the same tins they delivered the food in and then transfer it to serving platters (this was for takeout, so I'd imagine if they cater your event in non-quarantine times they bring their own trays, etc.). I would definitely order from them again/hire them for a larger event. Thanks, Heirloom!

Great food, great service...We love working with Jayne and her staff. I would highly recommend them for your catering needs....Our guests were wowed by the yummy arrive of appetizers. Highly recommend Palace Cafe Catering.
